Lorraine Jackson – Recruitment Executive

With over 30 years working in various roles within the beauty industry, from spa therapist to National Sales Manager, Lorraine Jackson joined the Red Careers team in 2019 to develop the executive search strategy and drive standards within the industry in relation to innovative search solutions. Fully understanding the challenges of recruitment from first-hand experience, Lorraine is adept to finding suitable candidates bespoke to our clients need. Qualified in CIPD Level 5 people management she has an informed approach to employment which together with her skills in operations, sales and beauty therapy provides a strong foundation for exceptional recruitment tv support.

Veronica Butler – Director & Owner

Red Careers, (originally known as Red hot careers), was founded in 2002 by Veronica Butler. The mission was to create a recruitment company whose values centered around integrity, quality service and results which has remained the core focus over 20 years.

Recognising the need for genuine partnerships between client and consultant in order to maximise efficiency and results, executive search solutions became a natural evolution from the original business model. over 20 years.
