This is a well established 5 star spa and requires someone with outstanding therapy skills; exceptional customer service skills and the ability to supervise a team of therapists. Applicants will have previous experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working within a 5 star environment as a therapist supervisor. Reporting directly to the Spa Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the standards within the spa are maintained to the highest level both from a therapy and operational point of view. You will lead the way in terms of your own treatment skills and retail ability and have an inspirational leadership style.
