- Spa Manager - Aberdeenshire, Scotland Competitive Salary on application We are actively looking for an experienced Spa Manager for a 4 star hotel located in the Aberdeenshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking company with a portfolio of hotels across the UK. The hotel has excellent spa and leisure facilities which are available to hotel guests and local residents and companies. As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for both the spa which has 5 treatment rooms and the leisure faciliities including a gymnasium and a pool. You will have previous experience within a similar role and a proven track record of managing a team of 20 plus staff. You will be pro-active, highly organised with a strong customer service ethic. You will have worked with budgets in previous roles and will be able to demonstrate strong commercial understanding of how to develop a spa and leisure business.
