Recruitment Executive - Maternity Contract (9 months) £22,000 - £25,000 plus commission RED HOT CAREERS is a well established specialist recruitment company for the spa and beauty industry. We pride ourselves on offering a highly professional service to both our clients and candidates and have the expertise to recruit at all levels within the industry. We are currently inviting applications from candidates for a maternity cover contract starting in January 2012. The role will involve business development; interviews and trade tests; account management of clients and candidates and achieving monthly targets in line with business objectives and goals. You will have previous experience in recruitment either within an agency setting or within a management or similar role. You will have been responsible for sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates and will have a strong understanding of the general recruitment process. You will be out-going with networking skills and a personable manner and will have the skills to build strong professional relationships with others. We do require someone with a spa / beauty background and the ability to trade test therapist candidates. This role is largely office based although there will be some traveling required to meet candidates and clients.
