- Regional Spa Development Manager - South We would like to invite applications for this exciting regional opportunity overseeing a group of spas in the South of the UK. As regional spa development manager, you role will involve management of the spa managers; financial / P&L responsibility for the businesses; recruitment and selection of staff; management of new openings and development of the operational systems within the group. You will have previous experience within a mulit-site management role, ideally within the spa industry. You will have strong leadership skills and exceptional commercial ability. You will be a people person with sales capability as well as someone with strong organisation and attention to detail. Stong retail experience would be an advantage.
