- General Manager Health and Fitness Europe £40,000 - £45,000 plus bonus We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual with an excellent management track record within the leisure industry. As General Manager you will be responsible for driving the profit and loss of the business; managing the staff teams; ensuring service and operational standards are of the highest level and reporting to the regional manager on a regular basis. You will be commercially astute with excellent people management skills and an inspirational leadership style. You will be highly organised with strong sales acumen and have a proven record of success in driving business. Previous experience within the health club industry either in the UK or Europe would be an advantage but not essential.
