- Assistant General Manager - London £35,000 - £40,000 This is an exciting opportunity based within an established spa and beauty company in London. As Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the GeneralManager in all areas of the business including meeging profit related targets; managing a large staff team; ensuring guest service is of an exceptional and consistent level and driving operational standarads on a day to day basis. You will have an impressive management career history to date with a proven track record in staff, financial and operation management within the spa industry. Ideally you will have progressed up through the industry from a beauty therapist although this is not essential. You will be tenacious; have strong attention to detail; be highly organised and flexible to work shifts and weekends as part of your role.
