- Training Manager – Caribbean A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen in a luxury spa resort in St Lucia for a Training Manager. This permanent position will involve delivering treatment and product training to all spa therapists in both holistic and aesthetic brands such as Elemis, Thalgo and CACI. Your role will also involve holding private training CIBTAC courses at the resorts beauty college 4 times a year. We are ideally seeking a confident beauty college assessor/ lecturer who holds a professional a teacher training qualification D32/D33. Salary offered $25`000 plus an excellent package including flights, accommodation, meals on duty, 3 weeks holiday and a return flight per year.
