- Regional Manager - Aesthetics Company £35,000 - £40,000 An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and progressive organisation within the Aesthetics / Medi Spa industry as regional manager overseeing a cluster of six sites. The role will involve achieving pre-set budget targets across the cluster of locations; performance managing clinic managers; driving and developing business and ensuring all company KPIs are met in relation to operational and service standards. The ideal candidate will have a previous track record in a multi site management role; a successful history of achieving challenging targets in either the spa, beauty or aesthetics industry; an outgoing and influential personality and the drive and determination to succeed at this level.
